During my stay at Kyriad Lille Gare - Grand Palais, my family and I enjoyed a Thanksgiving getaway. Everything about the hotel was delightful, but what stood out the most was the excellent staff. Matthieu and Lea went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, resolving any issues promptly. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The secure gated parking was a bonus. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by the staff at this historical property.
